10:30 am Welcome Assembly

11:00 am – 12:00 pm Teacher-Advisor

12:00 pm – 12:45 pm Welcome *Lunch

12:45 pm – 3:15 pm Teacher-Advisor

3:15 pm Check-Out

*Lunch – Hot dog, chips & beverage: If not suitable, please bring your own lunch.

GRADE 11 and 12 RETURNING STUDENTS:

9:00 am Welcome Assembly

9:15 am Check-in with Teacher-Advisor

10:00 am Pay Fees

Return Summer Loans

**Access to Resource Centres will begin Friday, September 3, 2010**

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2010:

9:00 – 9:45 am Check-In & T-A Orientation

9:45 am Grade 10 students with T-A

Grade 11 & 12 students:

Pay Fees, Photos, Return Summer Rentals,

Pick-up Books, Work in Resource Centres

11:15 – 12:45 pm Lunch (1/2 hour)

12:15 pm Grade 11 & 12 Work in Resource Centres

Grade 10: H.F.R. Orientation – Social Dance

2:15 pm Check-out

WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 7 – 10:

9:00 -   9:15 am Check-in, receive I.D. cards

9:15 -   3:00 pm New Student Orientation Schedules

Grade 11 and 12 regular daily activities

3:15 pm Dismissal – check-out

2:15 pm Dismissal (Regular dismissal time for Fridays)

TRANSPORTATION

• Calgary Transit will provide free access to transportation for Thursday, September 2nd and Friday, September 3rd ONLY.

• Bus passes will be sold beginning September 2nd, 2010.  The cost is $39.25/month.   Bus passes must be paid separately from school fees.

• Please note that we can only accept post-dated cheques for Bus Passes up to and including January 2011.
