Mr. Dugas’ welding students recently held a friendly competition down in the welding lab. Eight students participated in the project. Their challenge was to weld their own design out of 5 horseshoes and complete the project in 5 school days. Once the final projects were in, Colby Zboya was selected as the winner with his sculpture of a Cowboy. Honorable mentions went to the designers of a Wine Bottle Holder, a CD Holder and a Crown. Watch for more creative projects from the welding lab/wood shop next year!
